Easy Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Thanks to Trish and Gary for sharing this dish at our small group and our family food swaps.  Make a bunch for a quick meal after you get back from the pool!

Recipe: Easy Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Summary: Easy crock pot dinner!

Ingredients

  1. 1 boneless pork shoulder roast, about 2 1/2 to 3 pounds
  2. 1 cup chopped onion
  3. sandwich rolls
  4. coleslaw, optional

Instructions

  1. Place pork roast in a lightly greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker.
  2. Pour barbecue sauce over roast.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours.
  4. Serve on buns, topped with slaw, if desired. Delicious with beans and coleslaw!  Serves 6
